About this marketWatch our film from the market ↓

The flea market in the Mosergarten takes place six times a year on a Saturday between April and October in a small park below the old town of Schaffhausen, usually on the first Saturday of the month. The Mosergarten is located near the Museum zu Allerheiligen and, with its trees, green spaces and the view of the Munot, offers a particularly appealing setting for a traditional flea market.

The range on offer is varied and includes used household items, crockery, books, toys, decorative items as well as a few older vintage and collector's pieces. The market is not specialised in particular categories of goods, but thrives on the varied selection of its vendors.

The stalls are spread across the compact park grounds. This creates a personal, relaxed atmosphere that differs clearly from large, commercially oriented flea markets. The market is well attended and offers a varied mix of everyday finds and interesting individual objects.

Thanks to its central location, you can easily combine your visit with a stroll through the old town of Schaffhausen. In bad weather the market does not take place.
