These terms apply to the website thevintagemarketguide.com, the newsletter and the WhatsApp concierge «Mira» operated by The Vintage Market Guide («we»). By using these services you agree to these terms.
What we offer
The Vintage Market Guide is an editorial guide to flea markets, brocantes and vintage markets in Switzerland and just across its borders. We publish market and event details, recommendations and curated routes. The service is free and intended for private visitors.
No warranty on market and event details
We compile our content with the greatest possible care. Dates, opening hours and locations can nevertheless change at short notice or be cancelled. We give no warranty as to accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Only the organiser’s own information is authoritative. Please check with the organiser before travelling.
WhatsApp concierge (Mira)
«Mira» is an automated information service that composes its answers with a language model. Answers can be wrong or incomplete and are no substitute for confirmation by the organiser. Mira is intended for general questions about markets only. Please do not send sensitive personal data through the service. Our privacy policy describes the data processing.
Permitted use
You use our services for your personal, non-commercial purposes. Automated extraction of larger volumes of data (scraping), abusive or unlawful use of the WhatsApp service, and any action impairing the availability or security of the services are prohibited.

All content (text, images, graphics) is protected by copyright. Any use beyond personal use requires our written consent.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use or unavailability of our services, from incorrect market or event details, or from answers given by the WhatsApp concierge. We take no responsibility for external links; the content of the respective provider governs.
