Flohmarkt Schänis

The Flohmarkt Schänis takes place at the main entrance of the STS on Feldstrasse, from March to October on several Saturdays a year. The small open air market offers a straightforward setting for selling used items and is aimed mainly at visitors from Schänis and the surrounding area.

The market is laid out on a manageable scale and concentrates on a limited number of stalls. The focus is on the character of a traditional local flea market, not on the offering of a large antiques or collectors' fair.

Even after the morning set up phase, the market remains very small. It is therefore better suited to a short visit than to an extended flea market stroll.

Food stalls complete the offering.
