La Brocante des Couturières

A second-hand brocante for everyone who works with thread: dressmakers, knitters, embroiderers and crocheters. It runs twice a year, in May and October. Stallholders bring fabrics, balls of wool and cotton, old and new haberdashery, sewing machines both recent and vintage, and workshop furniture, much of it from old stock or a grandmother's cupboards. It takes place under the covered Parvis de la Grenette on Vevey's Place du Marché.
