Flohmarkt am Hafen Romanshorn(Sonntag)
The Flohmarkt am Hafen Romanshorn takes place on a meadow directly on Lake Constance, from March to November on the second Saturday of the month, and in March on Saturday and Sunday. Organised since 1995 by Uwe Schulze and the Markt Zirkel (FLIBA), this flea, collectors' and antiques market belongs to the regular market offering of the harbour town and combines a traditional flea market with a particularly attractive waterside setting.
The range consists mainly of used household goods, crockery, clothes, toys, books, decorative items and various finds from private collections. Alongside these you can discover individual older collectors' pieces and antiques. The character, however, corresponds more to an uncomplicated, local household flea market than to a specialised antiques fair.
The sales stalls stand on the green area in the immediate vicinity of the harbour, with a view of Lake Constance and the sailing boats. The open location and the closeness to the harbour facilities shape the market just as much as the relaxed, neighbourly atmosphere.
The location is easy to reach both by public transport and by car. Restaurants and cafés in the harbour area offer opportunities for a break. The market is especially suited for anyone who wants to combine a traditional flea market visit with a walk along Lake Constance.

At quarter past seven in the morning, on the meadow right by Lake Constance, many sellers were still setting up, against the backdrop of the sailing masts. No antiques market, no big brocante, but a classic household flea market, honest and uncomplicated, in the middle of a harbour full of taverns and deck chairs.
